Filing Your Guarda Wallet Taxes

Quickly calculate your guarda wallet taxes and create the correct tax reports to send to your tax agency. Koinly fully integrates with Guarda Wallet and makes tax reporting a breeze.

CSV File Import

Here's what you need to do

The first and usually the only step is to download all your data from Guarda Wallet and upload it into Koinly. There are a couple of ways you can do that:

  • You should see a history export option in Guarda Wallet that will generate a CSV file containing all your transaction data, just import it into Koinly and you are ready to create a tax form.
  • If you would rather have Koinly sync your transactions automatically, you can create separate Koinly-wallets for each of your coins ex Guarda Wallet BTC, Guarda Wallet ETH etc using our Blockchain integrations. After that, simply add the public key or public address for each of your coins and let Koinly do the rest.
  • If you only have a few transactions and the above method(s) are not possible for you, you can also add the transactions one by one via Koinly's web interface.

Note that if you want to use CSV files, you have to make sure to import your deposits/withdrawals and trades for ALL years - not just the current one!

That's pretty much it. The only other thing to keep in mind is to tag your airdrops/forks so they show up as Income on your final crypto tax reports!
