How To Connect Raven Coin with Koinly

Ravencoin is a peer-to-peer, open-source blockchain that facilitates the creation and transfer of assets from one party to another. The blockchain uses a variation of the Proof-of-Work consensus mechanism called KAWPOW, which makes it easier for new miners to join the network. Ravencoin can be used to issue tokens that represent real-world assets such as gold, shares of stock, virtual goods, rewards, and many other asset types.

Do you have Raven Coin investments? If you connect with Koinly, you can save yourself the tax time headache. Connecting is easy. Simply connect Koinly to the Raven Coin blockchain via CSV file upload. Then you can let Koinly do all the hard work. Your trades will be imported and all your gains, income and expenses automatically calculated. At tax time, all you'll need is your Koinly tax report for your country, and you’ll be good to file!

Follow these steps to download your Raven Coin data:

  1. For blockchains, it is usually best to sync your data through the auto-sync integration. If this is not an option for you, you can also import a CSV file.
  2. Open up your favorite block explorer for Raven Coin
  3. Search for your public address
  4. Find an export button (usually at the top or bottom of your transaction history)
  5. Download a CSV file with your transaction history. You may need to download multiple files if the explorer does not include all transaction types in a single file
  6. Koinly supports the CSV formats from a lot of different explorers but some formats are not supported. If your file does not import directly into Koinly, you will need to change the headers of the file to match one of our custom formats
