How to import your data from Bitcoin.Tax into Koinly
The first step is to download all your transaction data from Bitcoin.Tax and upload it into Koinly. Here's how.

Follow these steps to download your Bitcoin.Tax data:
- Log in to Bitcoin.Tax.
- Select the trading tab.
- Select download CSV.
- If you have income and spending transactions, you’ll need to go to these tabs and download the CSV files for these transactions and upload all of these to Koinly.
On Koinly:
- Create a free account on Koinly
- Complete onboarding until you get to the Wallets page and find Bitcoin.Tax in the list
- Click on it and select "File import" in the import options screen
- Upload the files you downloaded from Bitcoin.Tax (one at a time) and click on Import
- Review your transactions on the Transactions page to ensure everything is tagged correctly and no missing data
- Go to the Tax Reports page to view your tax liability!
