FAQs
What is Noble?
Noble is a blockchain within the Cosmos ecosystem, specifically designed for the native issuance of digital assets. Its primary goal is to enhance liquidity and interoperability across various Cosmos-based networks. Noble facilitates the minting and burning of tokens, as well as the blacklisting of addresses, providing issuers with essential tools for asset management. Notably, it serves as the native issuance platform for Circle's USDC stablecoin within the Cosmos network.
Is Noble safe?
Noble is considered relatively safe, as it's built within the Cosmos ecosystem with a focus on secure, efficient digital asset issuance and transfer. It currently uses a trusted Proof of Authority validator set and plans to adopt Interchain Security from Cosmos Hub to enhance its security further. Its minimalistic architecture also helps reduce potential vulnerabilities. However, as with any blockchain, users should stay informed and do their own research.
Does Noble provide tax documents?
No, but you can use a crypto tax calculator like Koinly to figure out your tax liability from your Noble transactions and generate crypto tax reports. Simply add your Noble wallet address, and Koinly will automatically import your transaction data.
