How to connect Citadel.one with Koinly

Citadel.one is a non-custodial PoS platform, letting you use your favorite DeFi protocols all from one spot. It supports many popular PoS blockchains including ETH, ATOM, XTZ and more. Whatever your Citadel.one investments are, Koinly can help you with your taxes. Koinly connects to Citadel.one via API or by uploading a CSV file of your transaction history. Here's how it works.

How to connect Citadel.one to Koinly via API

You'll need to get your wallet address for each blockchain you interact with through Citadel.one - for example Cosmos, Tezos and Ethereum. The instructions will be similar for each.

On Citadel.one

  1. Log in to Citadel.one.
  2. In the left hand menu, select the blockchain you'd like to connect to Koinly. For example, ATOM or OSMO.
  3. Once you're on the relevant page, select the copy icon next to your public address.
  4. Head over to Koinly.

On Koinly

  1. Log in to Koinly and go to the wallets page.
  2. Select add new wallet: Citadel One.
  3. Select set up auto sync.
  4. Search for the blockchain you're connecting - for example, Cosmos or Osmosis.
  5. Select the relevant blockchain.
  6. Paste the address you copied from Citadel.one.
  7. Select import.

Good to know
You'll need to repeat the steps above for every blockchain you interact with via Citadel.one and add all these to Koinly.

How to connect Citadel.one to Koinly via CSV

There's no way to export a CSV file directly from Citadel.one. But if you'd rather use CSV files than enter your public address, you can use a blockchain explorer to get a CSV file of your Citadel.one transaction history. Once you have your Citadel.one CSV file, here's how to add it to Koinly:

On Koinly

  1. Sign up or login into Koinly and head to wallets.
  2. Add a new wallet: Citadel One.
  3. Select import from file.
