Generating Your Buda Tax Documents

How It Works

The first - and in most cases, the only - step is to download all your transaction data from Buda and upload them to Koinly. There are a couple of ways you can do that:

  • As Buda has an API, the easiest way to import everything is to simply add your read-only API keys (API key, API secret). After that, Koinly will download your transactions automatically, and you can generate your tax document.
  • If you don't have access to your API keys, you can also import transactions by importing CSV files.
  • If the above method(s) is not possible for you, you can also add the transactions manually through Koinly's web interface.

Note that if you decide to use CSV files, you must make sure to import your deposits/withdrawals and trades for ALL previous years - not just the current one!

That's all you have to do. Don't forget to tag your airdrops/forks so they appear as Income on your final cryptocurrency tax forms!
