How to Connect CoinMate with Koinly
Effortlessly calculate your coinmate taxes and create the correct tax reports to send to your tax agency. Koinly integrates with CoinMate and makes your tax reporting a walk in the park.
Let's start
The first - and in most cases the only - step is to download all your data from CoinMate and upload them into Koinly. There are a few ways you can do that:
- As CoinMate has an API, the most efficient way to import everything is to just connect your read-only API keys. After that Koinly will import your history automatically and you can create your tax document.
- If you don't have access to your API keys you can also import transactions by importing your CSV files.
- If the above method(s) are not possible for you, you can even add the transactions manually via Koinly's web interface.
If you decide to use CSV files, you need to make sure to import your deposits/withdrawals and trades for ALL years - not just the current one!
That's all you have to do. Don't forget to tag your airdrops/forks so they show up as Income on your final cryptocurrency tax reports!
