Preparing Your Bit-Z Taxes

How It Works

The first and usually only step is to download all your data from Bit-Z and upload it into Koinly. There are a few ways you can do that:

  • As Bit-Z has an API, the easiest way to import everything is to simply connect your API keys (API key, API secret). After that, Koinly will sync all your history, and you will be ready to create a tax form.
  • If you don't have access to your API keys, you can also import transactions by uploading CSV files.
  • If the above method(s) is not possible for you, you can also add the transactions manually via Koinly's web interface.

If you want to use CSV files, you need to make sure to import your deposits/withdrawals and trades for ALL previous years !

That's all you have to do. The only other thing to be vary of is to tag your airdrops/forks so they show up as Income on your generated crypto tax reports!
